Samsung has just launched its new Samsung Galaxy A2 Core in India. The Galaxy A2 Core is an entry-level device successor of the Galaxy J2 Core which was launched back in August last year. The Galaxy A2 Core comes with Samsung Exynos 7870 SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM. The budget device runs Android 9 Pie(Go Edition) and is priced at Rs. 5,290(Approx $76).
Samsung Galaxy A2 Core: Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A2 Core comes with a 5-inch qHD display. The phone is powered by a Samsung Exynos 7870 SoC coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage plus a microSD card slot (expandable up to 256GB). The Galaxy A2 Core comes with a 5MP shooter on the Rear and another 5MP shooter on the front for Selfies. The Phone runs on Android 9 Pie(Go Edition) and has a 2600 mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core comes with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Samsung Galaxy A2 Core: Pricing and Availability
Ranjivjit Singh, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Samsung India told IANS that the price of the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core’s has been set to Rs. 5,290. The phone is now available through offline channels while there are no words regarding the online availability of the smartphone. We can expect Samsung India to unveil that soon.
