Oppo A1k launched With 4,000mAh Battery, Android 9 Pie


The Chinese smartphone maker Oppo to launch their newest device Oppo A1k in India. This is the second Oppo smartphone to launch in India this month, after the Oppo A5s which was launched earlier this month. The phone to have good looks and design and also competitive pricing in India.

Oppo A1k: Specifications

The Oppo A1k features a large 6.1-inch(16.26 cm) IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch. The phone is powered by a 2 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT 6762) SoC coupled with a 2GB of RAM. The Oppo A1k features an 8MP primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and a front selfie camera of 5MP with an aperture of f/2.0

The phone has a 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via MicroSD card. In terms of connectivity, the Oppo A1k supports Dual-SIM and 4GVoLTE. Its also includes Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth v4.2, A-GPS, Glonass, Headphone Jack, Micro-USB, USB OTG. In terms of sensors the phone has – Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Compass but no fingerprint sensor.


Above all the phone has a massive 4000 mAh battery and runs on ColorOS 6.0 which runs on top of Android 9.0 Pie. The new Oppo A1k will also come with a metallic textured finish on the back.

Oppo A1k: Pricing and Availability

In India, the Oppo A1k is priced at Rs. 8,490 for the 2GB RAM + 32GB variant. Note that the phone doesn’t have any other variant other than 2GB. The will be available in 2 different colors – Black and Red. The Oppo A1k will be available for purchase via various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc as well as via their offline partners starting from today.
